Recordings and transcripts

When you select a file, your browser decodes its audio. When you start transcription, audio segments are sent to our Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate text. The text is returned to your browser. For Instagram link import, the link is sent to our Worker, which requests the public media from Instagram and returns it to your browser for processing.

The current application does not create accounts or maintain a database of uploaded recordings or transcripts. It keeps working data in memory while processing. Text you copy or download is then controlled by you and your device. This does not mean that infrastructure providers process no technical data.

Infrastructure and technical data

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and runs transcription. Requests expose technical information such as your IP address and request information to the infrastructure provider. Cloudflare's handling of data is described in its privacy policy and Workers AI data-usage documentation. Cloudflare states that it does not use Workers AI customer content to train models or improve services without explicit consent.

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Messages to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's QQ Mail inbox. They may remain in that inbox while needed to handle the correspondence. You can request deletion by email; we will explain any information we must retain.

Cookies and third-party advertising

The current tool code does not set advertising cookies or include third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process technical information or use security-related cookies to operate and protect the service.

We plan to display third-party advertising on this site. No ad-network code is installed at present. Before enabling it, we will update this policy to identify the provider, describe the data and cookies it uses, and provide any required consent choices. We will not describe advertising as active before it is installed.

Your choices

Only submit recordings you are entitled to process. Avoid uploading confidential or sensitive personal information. You can stop using the tool and close the tab; requests already sent may have been processed. Contact us about personal information you have sent by email.

Changes

We will update this page when the site's data handling changes, including when advertising is introduced.
